Christy J. Adams received her law degree from the University of Louisville Law School in 1993. Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Adams  served as a Deputy Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Kentucky for over 12 years. She attended law school at night while working full-time.  After entering private practice, Ms. Adams was in solo practice from 1995-1996, concentrating in bankruptcy and domestic relations. She served as an Associate, and later Senior Associate with Bornstein and Oppenheimer, PLLC, gaining experience in many areas, including consumer bankruptcies, Chapters 7 and 13. Ms. Adams represents creditors as well, in collection and bankruptcy matters. Other areas include probate, wills, uncontested divorce and child support.
